We only collect the details of five members. No personal data is extracted from Facebook.
Why we are holding your personal data and what we use it for:
Membership returns are submitted annual to keep the SIG running. A minimum of five are required.This data is collected and submitted to the IPMS electronically via a webform. Five members details are collected.
This is a written paper based document. The information collected is the same as membership returns. A copy has not been retained by the SIG.

Your rights to access to your personal data
The SIG does not hold any personal data, once the SIG returns have been sent your personal data is not retained by the SIG.
Your rights to erasure:
You can leave the Facebook group. No personal is retained once you have left the group. No personal data is extracted from Facebook. If your details were used to set up the SIG or for annual returns your data is no longer held by the SIG.
